Building a Scalable Icon Design System
Over time at Nagarro, I built and maintained a centralized icon master library used across marketing websites, campaigns, and digital experiences. What began as organizing scattered icon assets evolved into a structured, scalable system with clearly defined styles, stroke rules, grids, and usage standards — ensuring visual consistency across touchpoints.
I established multiple icon styles aligned with the brand language, created reusable components in Figma, standardized export workflows for developers, and documented usage guidelines for cross-team adoption. This initiative reduced redundancy, improved execution speed for landing pages and campaigns, and introduced a more system-driven approach to marketing design.
By proactively creating a single source of truth, I strengthened brand consistency while enabling both designers and non-design stakeholders to work more efficiently — reinforcing my focus on scalable design systems beyond just individual deliverables.
